As we approach the kickoff of our marketing campaign for our service to inform the Denver business community of the 'Special Opportunity' commercial properties that currently exist in the marketplace, we have been inundated with information about Social Media and its increasingly important role for small businesses. Brokers will be able to submit properties they characterize as " Special Opportunities" and permission based emails will be sent twice, over a 3.5 month period, to 20,000 business contacts within the the 8 county Metro Denver market containing a link to these properties organized by Property Type, Sub-market and whether for Sale or For lease. In addition brokers will be able to take advantage of the other features previously outlined.

Business owners will be able to reach these same contacts and promote their services through links off the property display pages brought up when viewing properties.
